whose idea was this?
My plea not to have any more bodies breaking down apparently didn't take...
Two weeks ago, I twisted my ankle while walking to the bus. I iced it all day at work, and the actual ankle felt fine after a day, but my foot had been hurting gently in the same place. Not enough to even remember what did it, until this morning. Today I did it again, same bat-foot, same bat-channel, and some fiddly little tarsal bone is Unhappy.
Rocking the ibuprofen until such time as I can get away from work to take some actual care of myself. Grf. Meanwhile, nobody else is tending towards uninjured either.
