Pink Floyd is soooo retro
Angelina has been adopting kids faster than I update. So I'll put in a little effort here and tell you about the time I almost stabbed a waitress to death with my fork.
Over the weekend in DC I found myself in a restaurant being waited on by a relatively cute college girl. The girl I was with happened to be sporting a Pink Floyd shirt, with the pink pig logo from Animals. The waitress notices her shirt, and decides to engage her in conversation about it.
Waitress: "OMG I loooove that shirt LIKE OMG. Did you get it at Urban Outfitters?!"
I'm already raising an eyebrow. They sell Pink Floyd shirts at Urban Fucking Outfitters?
Girl: "Umm, I don't know...maybe?"
Waitress: "HAHA well I saw it theeeere, and like, I was gonna buy it just cuz it was retro."
At this point I was about ready to kick her in the face, when she adds this gem:
Waitress: "But then I realized I don't know any Pink Floyd songs."
Oddly enough, that saved her life; at least she practiced some self control.
