MOVING TO DW + CHANGING TO COMM-BASED + OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS

The title says it all, but to make it all official, adstringendum is moving over to Dreamwidth staring TODAY!. Along with this move, we will also change from being a journal-based game to a comm-based game.
