[Event Notice] All Hallows
Date: 10/25 through 10/31
Description: Did you decide on your costume? Choose carefully - because whatever monster you choose to be, you will become. People >are...turned into "costumes" for the week leading up to Halloween.

Yes, yes, so this is very early, we're not even done with this event and the next event isn't for another week. But ah, this next event is going to be a little different and I wanted to make sure everyone had time to prepare and get things cleared up. So here's a timeline of how things will run.
Beginning on 10/19, there will be a Halloween store in every quarter of the city. Costumes, decorations, even candy, everything you want will be there, free for your character to explore around in. This is so everyone can get the costume they want for their characters and other fun things. Or get hyper off all the candy.
On 10/24, the nights will be a bit darker than usual and strange sounds will be heard; wolves howling, chains rattling, ghostly moans, etc. However, there won't be any creatures out aside from the usual city fare.
10/25 marks the official start of the event. Everyone who has selected a costume will be not only stuck in that costume for the entire week, but will have to act like whatever their costume is. So someone dressed as a vampire will have vampiric urges, someone dressed as a ghost will become an actual ghost, etc. For costumes that are handmade, they'll also be affected and become the real thing (so someone who makes cat ears to wear would become a cat-person (or even actual cat if they wish) for the duration of the event).
10/28 is when things take a creepy turn; monsters will roam around at the night time. Think horror movie monsters (zooommmbbbiiieeesssss) and the like. Enough to be a bit of a threat, but nothing unmanageable. (Also as an interesting note, the 28th is a new moon so things will be pitch black in Adstringéndum.)
10/29 is when Pyramid Head will make his apperance. We'll have a log set up for people to run into him and such. But in the day time, things will be foggy and cold and monsters lurking around, and Pyramid Head will be out in the evening.
10/30 all monsters disappear, things go back to normal (everyone stuck in their costumes aside).
10/31 Happy Halloween! The city will be fully decorated, NPCs will be running haunted houses and other small gatherings, and people will be trick or treating at night.
11/01 End of the event, everything goes back to normal.
So that's the rough schedule of events. Just remember for the entire duration of the event, people who are affected will still be stuck in their costumes. The monsters will simply be something on top of that. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know!
EDIT: A bit belated, but we finally have weather! The icon in each box will show what the general weather is for that day. So on a day it says it'll rain, it'll rain most of the day, but there might be a few breaks here and there. Any set weather changes (such as if we have a snowstorm for an entire week) will be noted.
