When: During the Gender bender event. After this conversation.
Where: Oliver's room.

Summary: Kaworu is bored and decides that helping Oliver with his hair is good way to pass time. Oliver wanted to see the wings anyway.
If there was something about walking that Kaworu really hated it was how every journey seemed to take twice as long. Due to the newest event he couldn’t float which obviously gave a purpose to the wings which now were attached to his back. As much as he would have liked to have cut down his travel time he wasn’t going to chance flying, especially with how horribly out of sync the last attempt had been.
Despite the rather unwelcome attachments to his back the whole event was rather amusing. He’d often wondered what it would have been like to be a girl and now happened to be the opportunity to find out. Of course that also meant he could do things he hadn’t done before. Acting like a girl was one thing but getting other people into dresses and helping them act like girls was another and far more interesting thing.
The angel stopped in front of a building and stood there for a little while, checking over in his mind whether he’d gotten the right place. When he was certain it was the right building he knocked.
