That is about the best explanation Hanna might get unless he asks Demyx to expand on it. Rooms back in The World That Never Was were also very bare - at least when they are first assigned. Demyx had been one of the only nobodies to bother decorating a little, or at least as much as he could. A blank room dictated a blank existance and that was definitely not who Demyx tried to be. The things Demyx used the most were neat, the things that lay forgotten were usually messy. A strange trait, but who would even be there to judge him anymore?
Perplexed, Demyx looked over at Hanna once he stops talking suddenly. That was certainly suspicious, but not suspicious enough to cause the blond to ask any questions after Hanna continued. They all had secrets that they kept from other people. There is a moment where Demyx merely stares piercingly at Hanna, before the silence is broken and the nobody is starting up again. Tone light and demeanor happy once more.
"Then I guess you don't use them all that much, huh? Heh. Anyways! You want to go on that treasure hunt now?"

Hanna wasn't that great of a liar, so he knew that Demyx was aware he wasn't sharing the whole truth with him. For a moment, the look he was given made him want to tell the truth, but it was gone as soon as it came. "I do, just not the big ones. Small ones like the ones on your necklace are fine though. Don't mess me up too much."
He did perk up at the question though, nodding enthusiastically as he jumped up from the bed. "Yeah! That sounds like fun. We can hit that dilapidated mall thing. There might be some good stuff in there!"

Given most situations Demyx was not a great liar either. As Hanna pointed out his new necklace Demyx seemed to automatically reach for it and wrap a gentle hand around it. If it was made with something that had the potential to cause Hanna discomfort Demyx would have to treasure it - Hanna has put so much effort into something? For him?
Hanna jumping up from the bed snapped the self proclaimed musician from his stupor and simutaneously caused a little grin to dance across his face.
"Good idea! But you might have to lead the way dude." A sheepish laugh. "I think I'd get us lost if I tried to navigate."

He moves towards the door, rubbing his own arms to get himself a little warmed up before they go outside. Remember his stupid plan? Yeah. He didn't bring a jacket. Like a retard. But, he exits the building regardless, ignoring the cold.
"Alright, mission start, dude!"
Reply
"Oh, hey, yeah! That way you can help me get used to it. Walking and not getting lost I mean."
Hanna was likely good walking company. Hanna who was trying to warm himself up before going out. Hanna who didn't even bring a coat. From somewhere behind him Hanna might hear the metallic unzipping of a coat, but before knowing any better said cloak was being dumped onto a certain redhead's shoulders as Demyx walked past him.
"You should really get yourself a coat Hanna! Maybe that should be our first objective?"

Hanna is practically beaming, getting to hang out with the nobody like this, and it was almost perfect. And then Demyx gave him his coat, with out even needing to ask for it and then it really was perfect. He doesn't have to hide his monstrous grin as he adjusts the thing on his shoulders because the other man is currently walking in front of him, and when he finally does take a few quick strides to catch up, he's gotten control of his smile a little more.
"Yeah...that might be a good idea. I really like yours though...its so cool! Like...Neo from the matrix! Makes me feel important or something."

Demyx handled lesser nobodies, he even occasionally dealt with heartless - but he just didn't do ghosts. Ghosts were creepy! Also already dead, you couldn't protect yourself from ghosts very effectively unless you ran away. Would Hanna be able to keep up with Demyx if he decided to run...? He didn't want to leave the Redhead behind with a ghost and be responsible for his death.
Before Demyx could voice such an opinion Hanna was already talking again. This time what the other was saying brought the smile back to Demyx's face.
"Oh yeah, definitely! They are kind of awesome aren't they?" Even if they were supposed to signify both being a nobody and being part of an antagonistic organization. But as if that was ever important!
"Uh, well, I guess you can borrow it whenever you want since you like it so much." There was really no harm in it, Demyx mused as he crossed his arms behind his head, not if got it back before any of the other nobodies noticed it had been missing.

Though at the man's last comment he perks up, obviously overjoyed. "Really? Oh man, that is so cool...I'll take really good care of it when I borrow it I promise! No harm will befall this coat, really, you can trust me." Also, seeing Demyx without the coat was pretty cool. Even if the thing fit him pretty good, it left some things to the imagination. But, when he could borrow it he didn't have to fill in the blanks. Though Demyx didn't need to know about his ulterior motives.

The fact that both of them can run effectively should prove to be valuable for something. Who knows? Pranks are certainly fun.
"Alright Hanna I'll trust you with it!" At least if something did happen it was only his coat and not his Sitar. So Demyx did not care so much.
Drink in the sight of coatless Demyx as much as you can Hanna. As boring as the clothing he wears under the coat are, they fit him well and that in a way makes it less boring! Thought if Demyx could've regularly gotten away with dressing casual in the organization he totally would have. Better enjoy the ulterior motives you got there Hanna while Demyx still has no idea you're having them.
"So, where are we?" Demyx glanced around at the area. It wasn't hard for him not to recognize where they were since he'd recently arrived and nothing was familiar.

And don't mind Hanna as he nods instead of answers verbally because that will eat into his staring time. Just a little. But he does snap out of it at the question, stopping to look around. Huh. They were kind of walking a round about way to get there...
"Well, I have no idea what its called, but if we take a left at that...um. Boulder, we should be able to take a few more rights and then the building is right there."
Reply
"You sure you didn't dream that one up Hanna?"
Even if unicorns are assumedly less harmful than ghosts and dragons Demyx isn't gullible enough anymore to believe they exist without being shown. There's only so many times Demyx is going to believe someone's lies on mythical creatures before he learns how to grow some cynicism. You can thank Xigbar the organization for that one.
Demyx had not even noticed that staring because why would he? It was not something he had ever expected to happen. In all honestly the blond was far too preoccupied surveying his surroundings to ever notice.
"A boulder, huh?" Looking around for it was a short endeavour, since it was kind of a few feet in front of them. That was simple enough, easy even.

But, nevermind that, its happening now Demyx. You are being oogled without even realizing it. And Hanna is quite enjoying himself. But he still nods, pointing it out even if it was obvious. They weren't so far away, but he jogs the few steps to catch up with him and grins at him, "Hey, I bet I could beat you there."

In the moment it took Demyx to glance over his shoulder at Hanna to speak his eyes did follow where the other was looking. Demyx really must have looked different without the coat on. It should have been a little alarming - and it would've been if it was someone else - but this is Hanna, the guy was just really curious. Without saying anything about it Demyx shooked his head at Hanna's challenge and tsked.
"Yeah right! Not with those stubby legs of yours!" A little teasing wouldn't hurt since Hanna was short in comparison to Demyx. Hopefully he wouldn't take that as an insult -- Demyx didn't take much time to consider that before starting off in a sprint to the boulder.
No one said anything about not playing dirty.
