(
Say Hello to him? He's returning from the wastes and needs some intelligent conversation. )
Sango by now was used to searching the Wastes, searching for loved ones who always seemed to vanish, and she'd done so several times since his disappearance. But his PCD hadn't read 'offline' as it would have if he'd been taken from Adstringendum; though even then, with credit to recent reappearances, it wouldn't have been the end-all of the situation.
She knew he could take care of himself, and that it was probably his insatiable curiosity that got him into this, and that he could handle most of the things in the Wastes, but it would've been nice if he at least let her know first. Because now, he was never going anywhere alone, ever again. Especially after the fog event where she had watched him die horrifically before her eyes, among so many others. Yeah, uh, no.As a member of the more protection-oriented side of the police force (or "protection ( ... )

He would have felt horrible if he realized that Sango was worried and had checked to see where he was. He was able to take care of himself, however, he was feeling the affects of his stupidity.
He groaned as he stumbled somewhat but caught himself with his staff. He was unaware of Sango and Kirara floating right above him. He was only focused on moving one foot at a time until he was able to get to his house and rest. He knew that should Sango hear about this, he would get a lecture. Most likely, he would get one from Inuyasha as well.
As he heard the familiar voice, he glanced up at the familiar woman. He tries to smile at her. "Sango."

"Idiot," she practically hissed. "What did you think you were doing, going off alone? You were in the Wastes, weren't you?"

He sighs as he listens to her question. Part of him almost wants to lie to her, but he's decided that the truth was the best remedy.
"After you told me, I thought I would explore them myself, just to ensure that no one was out there hurt and alone."

"The patrol is... a part of what the organizers of the group like to call the 'protection squad.' It can get a little crazy here, so it's a group of volunteers that try and watch over the city and its... more innocent denizens. Without giving too much power to one person," she added.

He stops moving and glances over at her. "I see. How would one go about and join this organization?"

She tried to help him onto Kirara, who padded closer. Miroku was going to the clinic if she had anything to do with it.

His eyebrow rose as she tried to move him onto Kirara. He reached out a hand to gently pet the demon cat and shook his head.
"I would rather walk, if you don't mind." He can sort-of guess what you are up too, Sango.

He sighs and moves his hand to gently grasps her wrist so he can lower himself to the ground. He moves his staff so it rests against his shoulder. He smiled slightly up at Sango.
"I'm sorry Sango, I have to rest a few minutes."
