Summary: After Jet's run-in with Zuko, he and Sokka meet to discuss what happened... even if that's not really their intention.
There was something unsettling about the quiet that descended after Zuko's arrival and Sokka found that he paced the familiar rooms of his house because of it. Granted, it was a good thing to have the firebender back, but Sokka couldn't forget how difficult things had become with Jet the first time Zuko had showed his face.
The tribesman frowned and checked his PCD for what seemed like the hundredth time. As soon as things had gone quiet, he'd checked next door, and sure enough, no one was home. It made sense for Katara to be gone, but Jet? No, that was a bit worrisome, and the whole situation was only worsened by the fact that Sokka had sent both Jet and Katara a message and never heard back.
No longer able to stay at home and wait, he set out into the crisp, chilly air and followed a familiar route, seeking out his companion. Surely, Katara would have her hands full, so Sokka's immediate concern settled with the freedom fighter
