Summary: The first full moon in Ads for these two werewolves. Morgan's cage doesn't work as well as he'd hoped. Rome goes to stop him from hurting anyone. They break a lot of shit.
A lot of shit.
Rome was prepared for the full moon. Graceful and quiet, he moved outside, into a small clearing between the trees as the sun set. He wore no clothing and moved quickly, gracefully, the soldier slipping into the animal. He sat alone, cross legged, closing his eyes quietly and listening to the sounds of the wilderness around him, inhaling the scents. It was different than what he was used to, not quite normal, unusual- but it was nature, all the same. He was relaxed by it, comforted by it.
The change didn't hurt when it hit him. His heart skipped a few beats, lept into his throat, he let out a soft sound as his bones snapped and rearranged themselves. His face elongated into a snout, teeth sharpening, fingers receding into paws, fur sprouting along his spine and spreading over his skin from there.
The entire process took less than a minute, and gave off a tremendous energy signal, like a firework to any supernatural beings who might be nearby- but Rome didn't care.
He was free, and the instant he was fully changed, he took off running, his warm breath clouding up in the air.
