The witch's barrier is located in the Northeast of the city. Not that you'll be able to detect it, even through the fog. No -- as you step close, step though the area, you begin to feel the oddest heaviness on your chest, the strangest tightness in your throat. It begins to get a little hard to breathe.. maybe it's just the fog?
