Summary: The memory event put a lot in perspective for Gabriel and he feels the need to talk to his big brother at long last. Little does he know what the fuck's been going on with his family.
Gabriel's first impulse was to go straight to the door, but his own insecurity about this situation held him back, so he ended up at least a hundred yards out, staring at it like he could set it on fire with his brain and smoke Jinx and Lucifer out into the open.
Jinx was the problem. He didn't want her anywhere near this conversation and whether it was jealousy or the fact that Lucifer was getting uncomfortably possessive with Gabriel's personal verbal sparring partner remained to be seen. At any rate, he needed his brother alone. Just the two of them... It was about time they talked some shit out.
Angel radio wasn't something Gabriel relied on. He'd cut off his own channels when he left Heaven and turning them back on and allowing him to be heard and tracked down when he preferred to be a lone wolf wasn't appealing, but with a resigned sigh, he focused his energy in that link between his siblings and turned it all on Lucifer in the form of an irritating feedback whine that would be impossible to ignore and couldn't have come from anyone else.
Just asking Lucifer to come out would require less pride than Gabriel possessed.
