Not getting any notifs right now, so tagging may be slow but I'll do my best :Dfeel_nevermoreSeptember 20 2011, 21:56:51 UTC
"This way."
Raven was sitting cross-legged at the other end of the dojo, in front an open shoji, letting sunlight fall softly on her. Next to her were a kettle, two cups and a book. Raven had been here for a while and she was visibly expecting a visit on that morning.

Man, she looked pretty relaxed. Rin almost felt bad for not getting there sooner.
So he'll follow her voice over to where she was, and look around. "Take a seat right?" And he mimics her position, cross legged , and trying not to look too flustered.
Yup, seems like they are!feel_nevermoreSeptember 21 2011, 15:23:22 UTC
Raven has been meditating for the past two hours so yes, she was pretty calm and relaxed. Which is probably for the best since this is not an easy conversation they're about to have and she has no idea how it might turn out. But they need to talk about it.
"Sure." She opens her eyes, turns to him and points at the kettle. "Tea?"
At the very least she understood what was going on, Rin was still making pathetic guesses in his head. He'll take a seat and help himself to a cup of tea when offered.
This was so awkward and tense he really didn't know what to do.
She turned to him, sensing his nervousness. Maybe knowing the truth would not change anything, maybe it would make it easier for him to be what he was. But keeping silent about it would only make it worse. And somehow, she felt glad Lucifer hadn't spoken before she did. They didn't need him. It was something between Rin and her and how they'd prevent him from using them.
"I'm a half-demon. Like you. My mother was a human. And the reason why you didn't injure me too badly when we fought is because, well, my father is..." She paused, looking into his eyes. Surely he could guess what she was about to say. "the Devil, or so people call him in most worlds."
It send the poor guy through a loop he wasn't ready to ride. He knew that Amaimon was something of an older half brother, but... there were more? Jesus Lucifer get around much?
She gave him a slow nod. "I thought it was likely to be the case."
"When we fought, I kinda recognized his evil aura within you. And also I remember it had felt strange the first time we met on that street, after you talked to him."
She took her own cup and sipped her tea quietly.
"I always knew I had siblings... But back there in my world I never met any of them. I didn't have the opportunity, but I wasn't really looking forward to it either, to be honest."
As pause before she looked him in the eye.
"Still I think I'd like to get to know you better, Rin. Maybe we can help each other understand what we are and how to deal with it."
