Summary: Hermione, in the midst of working out some troubling conundrum, no doubt, finds Sokka's missing PCD. She sends a message, eventually relayed to Sokka and he arrives at the predetermined destination to meet Hermione and retrieve the device.
Sokka was just beginning to understand how much he'd gotten used to having a PCD at his disposal. Finding Hermione without its aid was more challenging than it should have been. There had been a time where Sokka could find his way on instincts alone, and while everyone joked that his instincts often failed him, he guessed he probably had it right at least fifty percent of the time.
This? Obviously not one of those times.
Arriving a bit too late for decency's sake, the young man peered around for the familiar witch and not immediately seeing her, hoped for a second that she hadn't yet arrived. Her tardiness wouldn't excuse his, no, but it would at least ensure Sokka wouldn't be held too accountable for it if Granger was guilty of the same.
