When: During Lucifer's plot.
Where: Around the city.
Rating: We'll say PG-13 to be on the safe side.
Summary: Lucifer is inciting chaos. Of course, the Master wants in on this, and is ready to stretch his mind and hypnotize people again.

He could feel the change in the city's atmosphere. Lucifer was doing something--but exactly what, he wasn't sure. Right now, he was keeping his psychic barriers up as strong as possible to block the devil's influence out. It wasn't perfect, of course. Whatever it was was making him more tense, kicking up the volume of the drums a few notches, and putting a certain other Time Lord in the forefront of his mind stronger and more often than he'd like.
The Master needed to distract himself. He also needed to join in this fun. Why miss out on an opportunity like this?
