Place: [x,y]. Solving the picture puzzle

When all the members of the rescue crew finally gathered together at the appointed spot, they found no one else in sight, not even a single presence. Instead, the only thing that popped into existence to greet them was...

A jigsaw puzzle.

But only for a second, because after that second passed, the puzzle broke itself into tiny little pieces, just waiting to be solved. Tick tock, everyone, tick tock!

Solving the picture puzzle <3

Bubbles blinked. There was a picture there, but then it wasn't there and it was all in pieces! That could only mean one thing!

"Okay, WHO broke the picture???"

Help is on the way!

"It's supposed to be broken." Rin says with a serious tone. Because this called for serious business. Puzzles were hard, especially those that already looked like puzzles within puzzles.

"We just have to solve it!"

I love jigsaw puzzles <3

"It's a jigsaw puzzle," Kurapica said, just in case he wasn't Captain Obvious enough. He kneeled down and examined the pieces briefly. "I suggest we start with the edges and work inward."

Sango dropped to her knees and sifts among the seas of pieces, looking just a little out of her element. "They all look the same..."

Hanna frowned, staring down at the pieces before kneeling himself to start and work on them.

"Just try and find pieces that have straight edges and we'll go from there, you just have to put the picture back together and think of it like its fun, kay? It'll go faster that way."

Or at least he thought so. He always thought puzzles were a chore when he was younger and they lasted forever.

Tybalt glared at the mass of puzzle pieces, as if they had personally offended him. In a way they had. It was all an extension of whoever had stolen Bubbles's toy after all.

"I don't see how this is supposed to help us find Octi"

Kurapica nodded to Hanna in agreement before he turned to Tybalt. "The picture broke apart, meaning this was specifically designed for us to solve. I doubt we'll come to know where Octi is without indulging the mastermind behind this and solving whatever obstacles he throws at us."

That said, he began to search through the pile for pieces with straight edges, putting them aside in a small pile.

"I like to do jigsaws!" Bubbles said cheerfully. "They're fun!"

With that, she plopped down on the floor and started sifting through the pieces, too.

"This one goes here... and this one goes here... and this one goes over here!" For the most part, her piles were nonsensical, but she DID manage to make her own slowly-growing pile of straight edged pieces.

Sango scooted over to Bubbles, contributing her own searching to the piles and subtly sneaking the ones she'd missed. Though the black and white streaks still did look all the same to her...

Spending a lot of time with me, myself and I, Hanna is rather good at puzzles, and he's piecing together some of the middle pieces already, separating by pattern as he goes for which side it would be closest to.

"This shouldn't take too long with so many people working on it, so lets muscle through it."

Tybalt flopped to the ground and began half-halfheartedly sorting through pieces.

"Yes, the faster this gets done, the quicker we find who's responsible"

Kurapica busied himself concentrating on the puzzle, and as the number of pieces with straight edges that could be found dwindled, he began putting the edges together. He had one corner finished so far.

Puzzles weren't really something Bubbles was the best at - especially puzzles without any color, like this one. She was a great helper, though! So that's what she did. She hovered and floated and sat on people's shoulders, offering help and encouragement (and not much else) throughout the puzzle-putting-together process.

Well, she was trying to help, guys. Trying.

Hanna's groups of pieces are put into place near Kura's, the thing taking shape again. It was nice, working together with people like this, and it gave him that whole working mentality again, no matter how far from his usual work this was. It was still something.

"Hey, we're getting close to finishing like, half, keep it up guys!"

Tybalt had no desire to feel useless, but at the same time, puzzles required the type of thinking and analyzing he just wasn't good at. But he managed to add a piece or two, here and there. He even manages a not-too-pissed-off half smile at Hanna's encouragement.

"Yes well. Faster it gets done and all."
