Hanna had a heck of a time finding something for Bubbles. He was kind of lucky that he had been looking before the party had been announced. He had managed to find some beat up dinosaurs, but as is they wouldn't really be much of a gift. But, popping the heads off of them proved an easy fix. Though that wasn't the girliest present ever so he had drawn her a picture as well.

So, with presents in hand, Hanna knocked on the door of Tybalt and Juliet's home.

How had the door closed? Juliet turned from where she was refilling one of the pitchers, and hurried to open it. She smiled when she saw the young man standing there.

"Hanna! I am so pleased to see you!"

She curtsied to him, then pushed the door open wide, propping an unused chair against it.

"The guest of honor is floating around somewhere. She has been most pleased thus far."

"Hey! Awesome, I need to find her, got some things for her."

He gives her a big smile and a little bow in return, looking around.

"it looks nice in here by the way. And by the way, don't forget you totally owe me a dance."

Juliet's smile only widened.

"That is most sweet of you, Hanna. She will adore whatever you have brought her, I know."

That he approved of the decorations made her feel much better about them. It was difficult to decorate with their limited resources. At the mention of their dance, she giggled.

"I will not forget. I intend that we will."

Naw, children need something like that...She deserves it, being stuck in a place like this.

[He's blushing a little bit though, because daww, she's sweet and doesn't have to do much to make him blush and feel embarrassed. Girls, geez. ]

Awesome, I wouldn't let you forget anyways. I've never danced with a girl, so I'm totally not missing my chance.

Indeed she does. No matter what hardships we face, at least we face them as adults. We should do our best to ensure that the children here do not have to suffer.

[The blush is cute, Hanna. Juliet's smile widens.]

Never? I am to be your first dance partner? I shall make sure you have a good dance, then.

Exactly. And I don't think she'd mind to have so many adoptive parents while she's here.

[He kind of nods a little, rubbing at his neck because really, he's twenty-four, a little old to have a first dance, but he guesses as long as he gets it sometime it isn't that big a deal.]

Yeah, we'll make it awesome.

[She giggles at that.]

I believe she is collecting them whether she intends to or not.

[Twenty-four? Hanna, you're so old!]

We will.

Exactly. She's got a whole bunch of guardian's. She doesn't seem to mind though.

[Hanna is old, which is why he's embarrassed about dancing with a girl just now. he's already this old and hasn't done that before.]

Uh, do you know where Tybalt is? I wanted to say hi.

[She cranes her neck, looking around the party for the mop of brown curls and splash of red that would indicate her cousin.]

I believe he was near the little table outside, last I saw him. He will be glad to see you, I know. Parties are always made more enjoyable with friends.

Exactly! And i'm glad I could be of help, by the way. Yanno, for getting Bubbles out of the house. Did you have trouble setting up at all?

[He gives her a smile and a nod.]

I'll go catch him, but don't forget dancing. I have to actually dance with a girl, you're my one chance, Juliet.

[All of this is said with a grin, and he's totally teasing, but there is some truth in it.]

It was most helpful, thank you, Hanna. We do appreciate it. None of this could have happened without your household's help.

[She shakes her head.]

Very little. Lady Duroc helped me with the refreshments this morning, and Tybalt and I made good work of the decorations before people arrived.

[Another grin, and she pats his arm.]

I would not forget. And I shall not be your one chance, merely your first.

Thats good. I mean, parties can sometimes be a handful. Bubbles probably wouldn't have minded if it looked any less than the perfect than it does now, but its nice that you had some help.

[He shrugs and nods. Though really, besides Juliet, the only person he wanted to dance with was Galahad, and bubbles. So it kind of was true.]

Of course, of course, miss optimistic.

Everyone has been most accommodating and most kind regarding this party. I am glad Bubbles is having such fun. If everything had been perfect, but she were unhappy, it would have been a failure.

[Her grin widens.]

You should be more optimistic, Hanna. I will not let you down. The ladies will be demanding dances when we have finished.

A five year old, people she loves and a party to top it off? Can't go wrong there, Juliet.

I think the only other lady around I would like to dance with is miss Bubbles, though that'll be more my style rather than a waltz.

You are more than kind, Hanna.

And of course, you must dance with the guest of honor! I think she would be most disappointed if you do not. And I will be interested to see how one dances with a partner in your modern style of dance.
