We're having a party!

When: mid-afternoon through early evening (post-sunset) on June 15th
Where: Casa de Capulet and the surrounding area

Summary: Bubbles' surprise party!
Every available surface in the Capulet household was covered with brightly-colored cloth, and plates of food (not the largest plates, but Juliet had done her best) and pitchers of fruit-flavored water rested atop them. The kettle was set over the fire for tea, the odd bags in their box on the half-crumbling mantle. More colored fabric was draped across the doorway, and outside the house, trying to lend an air of festiveness to the surroundings. A sign made up of many sheets of paper, pain-painstakingly drawn and colored in crayon, was strung up in front of the house, which read "For Bubbles".
Juliet surveyed her handiwork (and Tybalt's, because she had managed to coax him into helping with the decorations). She hoped the child would like her party. And would like the dress, which was carefully wrapped and currently being clutched tightly - Juliet's outward sign of her nerves. Please, please let this be a success, for Bubbles' sake.
