Bubbles flew as fast as she could to the clinic. She knew where it was, because Raven had brought her there the first day Bubbles had arrived.

Ah, there it was! She could see it just up ahead, along with the nice woman she'd spoken to on the PCD. Bubbles couldn't wait to be useful. She felt like her superpowers weren't very needed in this new place, with all the other superheroes and magical people around. It would be nice to be needed again.

Slowing to a steady float by the clinic, Bubbles headed right over to Miss Unohana. "Hi!" she called cheerfully. "I'm here to help! It's nice to meet you! You're even prettier in person!"

Unohana laughed at the compliment.

"Why, thank you, Bubbles-san. That is very nice of you to say."

This was obviously a little girl, a very young one, and yet she could fly, and seemed to be quite strong. Adstringendum was indeed full of surprises.

"Now, I was thinking we should clean this area. Not too far from the Clinic, but not too close to the wall just in case."

"You're welcome, Miss Unohana!"

Bubbles listened closely to what Miss Unohana wanted to do with the area, then nodded seriously. This was an Important Job and she wanted to make sure to do it right.

"I can move all of this stuff! That should be easy, Miss Unohana! Where should we move it to?"

"Since it is only vegetal debris, we can just put it a little way away, Bubbles-san."

Unohana looked around.

"If you find planks, please keep them around. We'll use them to make a shelter to protect the wood from the rain."

"Okay, Miss Unohana! I can do that! And I can even fly around and see if I can find wood, too! But first I'll move this stuff over there." She points over to a spot that looks like it might be a good one, then smiles.

Eager to help, Bubbles flies over to the debris and starts picking things up. She's easily able to carry many times her weight, so she hefts up a large pile of debris and cheerfully flies it over to the other location.

"Look, Miss Unohana! I'm helping!" She smiles brightly.

"Indeed, you are, Bubbles-san," Unohana said with a smile.

She followed through each location that Bubbles had cleared turning her palm downwards. She had to be careful to tone down her own power for this.

"Hadou no gojuuyon. Haien!"

The purple energy blasted from her palm, incinerating all of the remaining dust and small debris.

The first time Unohana does this, Bubbles is certain she was just seeing things. The second time, she was pretty sure something was happening.

"Miss Unohana!" she called out excitedly. "Are you doing magics?"

"Not really, Bubbles-san."

She held out her hand.

"It's something shinigami can do. This spell incinerates everything it comes in contact with. It's useful fro cleaning big and small areas."

Bubbles listened to this explanation closely. She was fascinated by all of the people she'd been meeting in Adstring, finding them all so unique and interesting in their own ways.

"That's really neat, Miss Unohana!" she said cheerfully. "Does that mean you're a shinigami...?"

"I am, yes."

Unohana stopped what she was doing to watch the girl.

"You are also a very interesting little girl, Bubbles-san. I do not think I have ever met one who could fly and carry such heavy things like you."

Bubbles smiled when she heard Unohana was a shinigami. At one time, this might have frightened her, but she'd been meeting so many interesting people in Adstringendum that this kind of thing didn't seem so scary anymore.

"I met another shinigami the other day, Miss Unohana!" she said cheerfully. "His name is Shunsui. Do you know him? He was nice to me."

She kept hauling the debris, but paused to beam happily at this praise. "I'm a superhero, Miss Unohana! I have superpowers and I fight crime! I can do all kinds of things that normal little girls can't do."

"Kyouraku-taichou? Yes, he is a nice person. He is very reliable. If you ever need help, you can ask him."

She clapped her hand at the description.

"A superhero! That explains it. You are clearly a very special little girl."

Bubbles brightly smiles at this praise. Many people in Adstring don't believe she's really a superhero - at least not at first. She really appreciates that Miss Unohana believes her and is letting her use her superpowers to be helpful.

"Thank you, Miss Unohana! I think you're really special, too! And anytime you need me to use my powers to help you out with anything, just let me know! I like being helpful and there's lots I can do!"

Well, Unohana was never one to let anyone do anything less than what they could do, and Bubbles was small enough that even the smallest compliment seemed to mean the world to her. One could not help but smile when seeing her that happy because of a few words.

"Well then, I shall make sure to call upon you if I need anything of the kind, Bubbles-san."

Bubbles smiles happily. "Thank you, Miss Unohana!"

"And when we finish this, we'll have some tea, alright?"
