When: IDK. Sometime after Lucifer got into a bitchfight with the Sailor Senshi.

Summary: Anna needs someone to restore her body. Gabriel's gonna try. Oh, and Lucifer's here too.
So maybe choosing Lucifer as his partner in this endeavor was a bad idea, but Gabriel had to come clean- his older brother had been here longer, which meant he knew what the deal was behind the Wastes, whereas Gabriel only knew they sounded like something out of a Stephen King opus. As he stood at the edge of the city walls with his brother, rocking back and forth and whistling at the sight of the Great Wall currently standing in front of him, he turned to look at Lucifer. "So... What's with the wall? Are they keeping us in or they keeping something else out? I just wanna get a good picture on how boned I'm gonna be when I step foot out there."
