He slept outside the night before, walked through the entire civilized portion of Adstringendum until he was cold and beyond exhausted. Somewhere during that time he went to the river to think, strolled by the lake and avoided getting eaten by the squid and his squid buddies. During that entire time, he avoided Solve and kept to himself. If someone saw him pass by, he would duck in the shadows and alleyways until they passed by him.
When the sun rose and started to fall again, he watched it turn into the glorious shades of oranges and reds, tinting the sky pink and violet. With a sigh, he turned on his heel and headed back to Solve with a determined look in his eye. There were people he needed to speak to.
