Second Ward

Unohana was at the other end of the ward, apparently busy with someone rather grievously injured. A young woman with short gray hair was by her side, wearing the same kimono, but no haori and with an insigna on her left arm.

A nurse in a pink uniform with a clipboard suddenly appeared in front of Ami and took her arm.

"Have a seat please, someone will be right with you. I'll take your vitals. Name and division ?"

The nurse smiles back, but completely ignores the first part of Ami's answer.

"Division number ?"

"Oh my, you're from Rukongai ? That won't do. We can't have you in here with all the spiritual pressure."

The nurse called out.

"I need a kekkai here, please! Injured soul from Rukongai in the arrivals!"

Immediately, several shinigami came forward and put their hands on the ground around Ami, putting her inside a globe of soft, golden light.

"There. That should shield you from it. Now if you can wait for a second, we'll have someone be with you right away to start treatment."

More and more people pressed themselves around Ami, discussiing many things as the ward became more and more chaotic. Eventually, there was a small crowd around her, blocking her view of the rest of the ward, until the scene started to fade and she found herself in front of the headquarters once more.
