You're a room that's dark and dusty, possibly the interior of an attic- no, it is the interior of an attic since there's the hatch in the floor and a window opened wide to the night (and the beautiful button moon outside it). There are cobwebs everywhere and a sewing machine on a table in the middle of the room and various other little bits about. This is the Beldam's workshop, but you don't know that and probably won't find out.
You hear something from where you stand and realize that you're not alone.
