Summary: Albedo showed a video post of a crucified Merlin and a few dead NPCs while calling Rhode out. Not everyone's gonna let that fly.
It had been nearly two years since Albedo was even close to the mental state he was in now. But back then, he'd been crazy with fear. Now he was mad with grief and revenge. Rubedo's mind was gone, dead, and Albedo couldn't stand it. He needed to punish the one responsible for the undescribable emotional anguish he felt right now, and he wasn't really bothering to keep his killer instincts in check.
He stood, outside the cathedral, a purple aura now accompanying the glow of his eyes, his main victim now passed out. He was watching the horizon, expecting so-called do-gooders to come at any moment to try to rescue Merlin. He didn't really care if they did or not, though he certainly wouldn't let them have him easily. No, the one he wanted on that cross was Rhode. And the look on his face, accompanied by the way his seven blood red wings arched around him, said he wouldn't stop until he had her there.
(Note: We have plans for Snape to rescue Merlin. You can come in before or after that, but Snape's the one who'll succeed in getting him out of there.)
