Summary: Yuca and Topher finally meet up for lunch and some mad scientist times.

As usual, Topher was running late as he left the lab and headed towards Cross Church to meet Yuca. It didn't help that he had no idea where he was going and was glued to his PCD as he navigated the city. Even though he'd been in Adstringendum for several months, the reclusive genius hadn't done much exploring, since his slight phobia of crowds and fear of the unknown kept him from venturing too far from the place he called home. So now he was running up to the gates of the church slightly out of breath with a confused expression on his face. He was carrying a battered thermos in his hands filled with strawberry milk and a couple of apples that one of his housemates had bartered for earlier that week.
"Hello? Yuca?"
Poor Topher didn't even know what Yuca looked like as the two of them had only communicated via voice. The only reason he was even trying to be social was because the science being proposed to him was intriguing--and to be blunt the young man was bored out of his mind in Adstring and in need of a distraction. He was also terrible at making friends so helpfully he wouldn't screw up this meeting too badly.
