Summary: Hiashi arrives in Adstringendum, inquiring after his nephew and daughter, and Neji prepares tea and an explanation of the world and it's inhabitants.
Unease settled in a firm knot in his stomach, distracting as he boiled water, prepared a clean silver tray, and set the small coffee table in the living room. Hiashi wouldn't take long, he knew, and searched the cabinets for something small and easily edible to go along with the tea. But things like that went stale or molded just as quickly without proper storage available, and was therefore consumed rather quickly.
The Jounin's brows creased, sighing in mild frustration, and glanced down the hallway, anxiously looking to Lee's bedroom door. How would he handle that situation if it came up, he wondered, the discomfort more pronounced along with the consideration.
He moved to the door, deciding to leave it open, the evening warm enough to allow the simple invitation, and busied himself in the kitchen to finish preparing the tea.
