Summary: Bennett has a cow. Ryuubi has the profound and secret knowledge of how to milk a cow.
It probably said something unflattering about Ryuubi that milking a fruit-cow was to him a perfectly good idea of how to spend an afternoon, and doing it in two was an even better idea. Not terribly sophisticated stuff, perhaps, but you couldn't get warm, natural milk in space; milk and cows and everything that came with them were Earth. And his favorite thing of all about the city, among a host of things, was that it was very definitely, solidly on Earth.
He was quite cheerful coming by the coordinates that Bennett gave him for her house, subtly hoping that she wouldn't find that irritating. Despite what he'd told her, in his experience no one who didn't grow up on such things ever really enjoyed looking after farm animals. Still, it was hard to imagine someone not enjoying strawberry-flavored milk.
