Elysia wanted to play. If that wasn't enough reason to bundle up himself and her, and head out the door to play, he didn't know what was. Right now the city was safe enough. There seemed to be some tensions rising, from what Maes had seen, but he was judging them to be safe for the moment. Should things change, he'd get baby out of there fast.
Happily he lead the way to where it looked like the snow was deep enough to really play in. "Here we go, baby! Let's play here!"
