Alucard had slept nearly two days, recouping from the events of the previous week. Hungry and awake, he'd contacted Fai over the PCD to make good on that deal they'd made.
He'd considered going to the clinic for blood bags instead of feeding on the living. But the taste of fresh blood was always better and kept him feeding less often than on a blood bag diet. And it was much more fun.
Quatre's blood had kept him for nearly two weeks. Young, virgin and straight from the vein. It could hardly get better than that and it was something he had not had in quite some time. However, the meeting with the scientists tomorrow may prove to push him, even though he'd told Carmen he'd behave. So, better to be fed and content than hungry and in the same room with too many people.
And so, with no trouble along the way, he'd come to the old cinema as planned, and waited patiently outside.
