Summary: Both always looking for a fight and with a bit of a lull until the next event...so, why not?
The vampire was still quite unfamilar with the city but due to some information given to him by a Carmen Sandiego, all he had to do was head to the center and he'd find he scientists resposible for bringing him here. According to hert there were multiple traps and guards around the place. He doubted it wasn't anything he couldn't handle.
He wasn't going to kill the scientists, oh no, then how'd they return home? He'd just persuade them a little.
It didn't take him long to sense the other.
The power he felt radiating off him was clear enough to say he wasn't just here to welcome him to the neighborhood.
