Summary: The shit has just hit the fan with Hazel untimely arrival back to Adstringendum. But something isn't quite right with our Dear Lord Bishop, and so the race is on to see who arrives at him first? His help, or his downfall.
Hazel still sits as he did when the PCD stopped transmitting. Forehead on slightly bent knees, shiver racking his body, as much from cold as emotion. He felt so cold, the rocks beneath his sapping valuable heat away from his body. Clutched possessively in his hands was Gat's ever familiar bandanna. Or he though it was achingly familiar. He remember....Fighting the strange man...Ukoku....Though how he knew the dark man's name slipped his mind. And Gat, dying for him. Telling him to live. Gat...whom he knew had been a friend, though the past beyond the fight was not there....IN fact accept for the fight....there was nothing....nothing at all. Hazel shivered every harder the strange device he picked up not to long ago sat cold in his lap falling between his legs as the shiver caused it to move. He picked it up and looked at it, uncaring.
What did it matter.... He didn't remember anything, anything at all, except the cold bitterness and grief of loss and the thrilling adrenaline, anger and fear of the fight. And pain. Pain of the heart, soul and body.
