Nearby is one guard who is patrolling. He has not yet noticed the group, but noise will catch his ear.

Sasuk watched the lone guard for a moment before leaping down soundlessly from the treetop that he had been hiding in. He touched down with a light thud, ignoring the jolt of pain throughout his body and healing arm. He might still be injured, but there wasn't any chance that he would miss this.

He needed to prove to himself more than the others that he was still a capable and powerful shinobi.

The sound of Sasuke touching down had caught the guard's attention, but the teen gave him no time to react. A quick blow to the back of the guard's neck had him falling to the ground unconscious. The radio at his belt buzzed with static before it was removed and destroyed.

Sasuke made sure to give the signal that it was clear before heading on inside the building. He knew he would be followed shortly.

Rose didn't bother to even spare a glance at the guard or the boy hopping down next to him. It was a distraction that she was more than willing to take advantage of, and she quickly slunk by before he'd given his signal, ducking low as she ran with practiced silence. She had no plans, no real goal; she just wanted a good time and a good challenge. Following the boy inside, a small smile crept up the side of her lips. That was what she'd been promised after all.

He was almost surprised as to how smoothly the beginning of the operation went. There were no outrageously obnoxious kids, and the youth that were there were relatively able to keep their heads. Logan was near Sasuke, although behind him on the ground- he was no ninja, but he was one of the lightest walkers he knew. Dark eyes flashed up to the boy and he nodded, watched as he jumped down- and though he couldn't see the guard from his location, he could hear him. Smell him.

The coast was clear, and Logan whirled- feet pounding as he ran towards the building after the boy. So far, his claws were still hidden- they would break the skin as soon as a threat came into view.

Without permission, Daxter leapt onto Logan's shoulder as he went in. This wasn't the time for formalities and a shoulder provided a higher vantage point. Equipped with only his bug spray and elctro-swatter he didn't look ready for a fight, but those two items helped a lot.

As the man ran, Daxter kept an eye out for any promising air vents. A guy could hear a lot crawling through one.

"Do I look like a jungle jim, kid?" He growled, after almost grabbing the little punk and throwing him into a wall- solely for surprising him. Logan is not a man you should sneak up on. His gaze went briefly to the front doors, but he figured that they should stay out of sight for as long as possible. No doubt the security would be on them sooner than they expected.

Carmen tried not to smirk at Wolverine's reaction to Daxter jumping onto him. She'd just caught up with the group after setting the wall back in place; that should buy them more time to go undiscovered. "Up here," she said in a low tone of voice. There was a gap between buildings that she wanted to use. Smaller spaces meant fewer openings for them to be attacked, and Carmen was not a combatent.

Slipping into the lead, she waited a moment to make sure she saw no one before continuing to move forward. At this rate, they were about seven minutes from the target building, well within expectations.

"Hey!" Daxter said in a low hiss. "We need as many useful eyes as we go in this place an' two feet off the ground ain't useful..." He trailed off as his ears perked, listening for anything even as Carmen took the lead. He'd been used too many times to trust any of them in this situation and wanted to be sure for himself he was fine.

"Besides, as long as I'm here ya have an extra set of eyes ta warn ya." Daxter wasn't one to let people sneak up on the people he was currently standing on.

He had a point. But really, if this were any other situation, he'd have the little critter by the scruff of his neck. "I don't need an extra set of eyes," He muttered back. Logan was hyperaware of his surroundings at all times- but most people didn't know the extent of his abilities, and he wasn't about to throw around the information freely. That never ended well.

He looked up after Carmen. She had the right idea. Although Daxter wasn't the tiniest creature, it seemed his being perched on Logan's shoulder didn't slow him down at all. He jumped clear off the ground with more agility then he looked he possessed, climbing after her to slip between the buildings.

Glancing back, Carmen could not hide her smile. At least she wasn't laughing. "Who hasn't ever wanted eyes in the back of their head?" Her voice was still quiet. This was an important mission, but if one did not enjoy themselves in the process any gain was minimized. Granted, she wouldn't be entirely pleased about having a rodent on her shoulder either, but the fact that it was a growling man who clearly wanted to look tough made it fun.

Her eyes widened slightly at his jump. So there was more than talk to this Logan. Good. Not like the opposite was to be expected here. A noise caught her ear. "Someone is up ahead. We can wait, or we can go. If we go now, the likelihood of us being spotted is close to seventy-five percent."

He'd adjusted easily to the jump, not at all surprised by the man grace. He himself wasn't the picture of stealth, all fur, bones and long limbs, but he was very versatile when needed.

Daxter made himself smaller on Logan's shoulder as he listened ahead. Carmen was right about someone being there. The Ottsel became almost unnaturally silent now, waiting to see what was going to be done.

He fell silent, his gaze almost unfocused as he looked forward, towards where the supposed guard was. After a moment of silence, he reached up to pluck the little creature off his shoulder and slipped forward. A quick scan showed a pair of guards, which would be easy enough to take care of. Logan, however, was waiting for the scarier villains to show up. He'd heard the metallic whir of something in the distance when they first arrived. At this point it seemed that they didn't expect anyone to get this far into the base.

Fingers curled into a fist and Logan dropped his hand towards his hip. SNIKT.

"Wait here," He grunted to the pair, and he launched out towards the guards. They hardly had time to turn and fire their weapons before the Wolverine was on them, and with a flash of claws they cried out in pain- both dropping like flies before they had time to raise the alarm. The steel retracted back into his fists and the Canuck turned, looked over his shoulder. Coast was clear.

Carmen did not bother to hide her raised eyebrow. Formidable and amusing at the same time. She would have to watch him. Based on the excitement his arrival had caused, her bets would rest on him being more inclined towards good than evil, but if ever an opportunity came... he would be very useful. And entertaining to watch at work.

"Simple and accurate. Impressive, Logan." And he didn't seem to show a qualm about taking them down, either. She missed having henchmen so very much. Though he was far more intelligent than her usual choice; stupid made giving orders easy. Then again, stupid made messing up those same orders easy too. It made her wonder all the more about his reasons for being here. Surely enough time hadn't passed for him to be so upset by the Animus.

"So few..." No alarm had been raised yet, then. That was good. That gave them more room to manuever in, more time. "We are nearly there. Let us take advantage of it."

Once the coast was clear, Daxter decided it was safe to walk for awhile and moved ahead of the group. He was small and fast and wasn't likely to be easily noticed. "I'll catch ya in a few," was the last thing he said. Then he was gone, into the first vent he found to try and eavsdrop on anyone who was in the area.

Killua was frowning as he watched Sasuke down the guard. At first he didn't move from his place in the shadows, but after the darker haired boy had made his way into the building, he stepped up to the guard and checked his pulse. It was still there. The boy paused for a moment, just a moment, before he sighed and pushed the body out of the way. Squatting next to the guard, he held his pointer finger and thumb a couple centimeters apart and a spark of electricity began running between them. Without hesitation, he applied the electric shock to the passed out guard's neck.

There. Out of the way and not dead, but the likelihood of his ever being able to do much again was slim indeed.

With that, the boy followed the others inside, his determination written across his features.

It has been a long time since Joshua was in such a big game like this, he had to admit. He might have a real reason for being in here, but the challenge was definitely something we would look forward to. After all, he's still in the guise of an ordinary (?) young boy with an excellent aim, right? Thus, he had to be with someone, and Killua's the nearest person he can have as a "partner". The kid can do some things, that alone he knows, and he might see another side to his personality, being in a different situation. That angsty post is still grabbing his attention, after all.

He loaded his pistol, running as quiet and as fast as he can. He better get a hint of jacking Adstringendum in this incursion.
