Summary: Two men from the same world who are used to power and hatred meet to come to an agreement about housing.
Londo considered his limited facilities while he was waiting for Mr. Bester. He had repaired the ceiling in both rooms, so the empty one would not have leaks, but it was still bare aside from a cot. It wasn't like the room Londo used was that much better off; it had a small area rug and a wardrobe with a a broken door on it. But it was shelter without the threat of rabid bunnies or giant monsters. Or, now, rain.
He poured water into a pitcher, glad that he'd found a source he no longer had to boil the water from. He disliked flat water.
