Gojyo had pushed himself into a sitting position, glaring at his PCD. They'd lost. So whatever he'd lost was probably gone, and... Yep, he'd fucked up royally again. But that was what he was good for, right? Even ranting at his PCD hadn't made him any less annoyed this time. He didn't even know for sure where he was. Sure, there were people around, but none of them was reacting to him. He might still be invisible. Was this permanent?

The sound of something moving, fast, had Gojyo jerking around and preparing to be attacked. Recognizing Ginia in the split-second it took to call the shakujo he stopped, and was rewarded by being jumped. He kissed her back, feeling the annoyance melt away.

After a kiss that was probably improperly long for public (not that he cared), Gojyo pulled away, searching her face. "Does... Does this mean..." Was there a way to dodge around the question without making her realize what exactly she'd forgotten? Because if it was gone for good, then knowing could only hurt her. "I like being jumped as much as the next guy. I was--" No, there really wasn't a way to dodge it. "Damn. I'm asking. Do you remember us?"

Ginia broke the kiss and stared back, feeling the familiar rush of feelings flood through her. Tears filled her eyes from joy at having him back and being able to remember everything about him, and from stress and feeling more than a little upset about the whole situation. So it was true, you never really realized what you had until it was gone.

She took a deep breath and quickly wiped her eyes, knowing he didn't like seeing her upset, and tried to gather her thoughts together so she could properly answer his question.

/Your name is Sha Gojyo, you were brought back to the house by Hakkai in the middle of a snowstorm, I gave you my blanket because you were cold and looked miserable. We both love Hakkai, but we couldn't have him since he was still in love with Kannan so we had our own relationship and only recently did he join us. Right before this week, actually.

You've been with me through all my wonderful breakdowns, you call me beautiful and mean it, and every part of you is amazing and I could jump you right now. If you even want, I could tell you about all the things you like in bed and what you're downright amazing at./

She paused and pulled him into another long kiss, clinging on for reassurance, before releasing him.

/...Yes, Gojyo, I remember us. And I also remember not remembering us and I never want that to happen again./

Gojyo breathed a heavy sigh of relief. It was like something the weight of transformed-Jeep had been pulled off of him. Every word... though he had to smirk about the bed bit.

"Shit, you forgot I'm downright amazing at everything in bed? They kept that memory? I'll have to hunt the fuckers down for sure." He was a little shaky, Gojyo realized. Maybe it was all the fact that he'd been scared stiff, and now that was gone. "Showing is better than telling with the other, though. We should do that. As soon as we're not out in public anymore."

Hungrily he returned the kiss, glad that this time, he really could get into it. After reading her signs, he pulled her back to him, just embracing her for a minute. "You and me both, beautiful Ginia. That... you and me both."

With a grin, he released her and got to his feet. "What do you say to heading home, mocking the monkey, and working on showing me what you remember?"

Ginia snuggled into the embrace, feeling the pound of his heart matching hers. She wasn't sure what she would have done if her memories were still missing or if whatever he had lost hadn't returned or any of the hundreds of other possibilities that could have happened, but things had turned out all right. So far. She hadn't pushed away the possibility of something else changing just yet. Not until she knew everyone was back and safe and with nothing missing or changed. But for now, she was glad to be back home and to be back in Gojyo's arms.

She got to her feet as well and beamed at him, briefly taking his hand in hers and giving it a tight squeeze. /That sounds amazing. I could also do with a hot bath. Care to join me?/

While Gojyo still didn't know exactly what it was he lost, he had a feeling it had something to do with not caring if everyone else got erased, as long he and Ginia won. He hadn't felt like that in a long time. Not since before he'd saved Hakkai.

Gojyo winked at her when she squeezed his hand, wrapping his arm around her waist as they walked towards home. "Hell yes. I put the steam in hot baths."

Ginia leaned in to him, her hand coming down to rest over his hand. Home and getting some rest sounded nice. Even if they had slept fairly well, it was still an exhausting week.

What else had happened in the city during that week? Had there been anything else aside from the event? Did anyone get hurt? Or for that matter, the house? Was Sanzo still unconscious? Hopefully Hakkai wasn't overworked taking care of everything by himself.

She glanced up at Gojyo, a wary smile on her face. /...Do you think we should bring something back for Hakkai?/

Gojyo wasn't going to let go of her for a bit. Maybe he was being a little insecure, but he'd never been able to get enough of her, and now he really wanted to be sure she was close.

He looked at her, trying to figure out if there was more meaning behind the question. "Uh. Like what? We've been through the fucking wringer..." Oh. Right. Which meant Hakkai had the monkey and the priest by himself. As well as the mini-zoo. "Duct tape. Duct tape, ear muffs, and what's that herbal shit that makes people sleepy? The purple one? Or we're bringing ourselves. That's a gift, isn't it?" There, up ahead, was the apartment building. Gods, that was a fantastic sight.

She laughed gently. Maybe doing a week of cooking would be enough to make up for disappearing on him, even if it hadn't been on purpose and the circumstances were certainly beyond their control.

/Look, I'm going to stop by the bar and grab a few bottles. We can celebrate with them later tonight, all right?/

Gojyo frowned. "Damn. Now I have to make a choice. Do I stick with you since I don't want to let go, and walk away from home and clean clothes, or do I give in to the appeal of a bed and a nap and Hakkai?" When he said it like that, it was an easy choice, to stay with her, but at the same time, he had a feeling the other guys might like to know he was around.

"Do you mind if I keep heading on? There's a monkey that's probably missing being abused and shit. You better be following me soon, though."

/Go ahead, Gojyo. I promise not to take long./

To seal her promise, she pulled him into a soft kiss, pressing against him and wrapping her arm over his back. No, she didn't want to let go of him either, but she figured all of them could use a drink and there was that part of her that wanted to make sure no one had disturbed her bar in her absence. Bartender OCD and all that.

Gently he kissed her back, sliding his hands down her sides and to her hips, rolling his own against them. After a very nice few moments, he pulled away. "I'll be waiting for you." Gojyo pulled her hand up and kissed each finger before releasing her and starting to walk backwards to the apartment.

Ginia gave a long shiver and a small sigh. Even if she knew how sensual and seductive he was, it was always nice having a reminder. She blew a kiss back to him and watched him for as long as possible before moving in the opposite direction toward her bar, glancing over her shoulder every few steps.

He liked reminding her of how good he was. It was partly arrogance, and partly because he always liked to make sure she'd come back. Gojyo knew he didn't need such things, really, but... a little part of him still wanted to make certain she was aware of his skills. Eventually he turned and started walking forward. It wasn't fun to fall on his ass. Every time he caught her looking, though, he winked or waved.

Gojyo blew a kiss back before turning the corner to see the front yard, and... a cow? An orangeish cow. He blinked. It was still there. Somehow, someway, this was the monkey's fault, he was certain. Watching his step, he headed for the door. The last thing he wanted to do was step in some cow's mess. Well, one of the last things.

Even though he was still learning his way around, Dokugakuji had already picked up on a few things, keeping an eye on the network being one of them. While he kept onto the hope maybe Kou, Yaone, or Lirin would appear--though whether it would be a blessing or not he hadn't figured out yet-- he was worried about his brother. Yes, they hadn't seen each other for ages, but he still worried.

He was relieved to hear his brother's voice on the network though worried at his tone and words. But there would be a chance to catch up on things later. He decided to stay quiet about being around. Gojyo would find out soon enough.

Doku was seated in the living room with a piece of wood and small knife in his hand when he heard the door open. Laughing quietly to himself, he turned the piece of wood around in his hands.

"I was thinking about making you a whistle you could carry around with you. That way if you became lost again, you could blow it and we could come and rescue you. But I guess you found your way home before I could begin working on it."

The breath Gojyo had been drawing to call out to the house just stopped. With his mouth hanging open, Gojyo tried the blinking thing again. Jien-- no, Doku, was still there. He wasn't hallucinating. He was home, Ginia had her memories again, and his brother was here.

Unless he was hallucinating, and the cow was a sign. Gojyo stepped forward and wordlessly poked Dokugakuji in the arm. "Damn. You really are real." His voice was quiet, thoughtful.

Gojyo shook his head, still letting it sink in. And then he smirked. "Dumbass. I wasn't lost. And I can do the rescuing now. Women like it when a man as sexy as myself swoops in. But you're here. Damn. You're here. I get my brother without worrying about kicking his ass for once."

Plopping down next to Doku, Gojyo smiled. "What the hell took you so long to get here?"

"Kicking his ass? I recall saving you twice now," Doku replied, giving his brother a nudge with his elbow, even if he could agree with Gojyo's words. He wasn't against spending some time with his brother and even if everyone else, Gyokumen and Nii aside, showed up, there was no point in fighting over the scripture. As far as he knew, there were no kings to revive or mothers trapped in stone here.

Doku set the knife down on the table, though kept the piece of wood in his hand. He hadn't figured out what kind of wood it was, but it seemed soft enough to carve into something. A figurine, maybe. Or a whistle.

"Hey now. Maybe I was trying to find you a nice gift to give you and that's why it took me so long."
