Ritsuka was walking around the city, following the PCD coordinates to the arts store. He wasn't fond of walking alone in a place that had monsters roaming around, but he wanted it to be a surprise for his friend.

He suddenly heard a voice. It sounded clear and close, and Ritsuka ran towards the source till he found the maiden, dressed in clothes he'd never seen before in real life.

"Are you okay?"

She turned towards the direction of the voice, only to find a, to her perception, an adorable little boy with cat ears.

"Oh, I am quite alright! I'd be more worried about why an adorable little boy like you is wondering about in the dark."

Ritsuka rubbed his cheek. The girl was completly lost, but at least she did look fine. It was obvious she had not met any little monster yet.

"I was looking for a store," he said and showed her the PCD with the map. "Are you new here?"

"Big Sister" sense is tingling!

"Yes... I'm afraid I was a little lost, but I guess with this device, I should get to Unokara's clinic pretty easily."

A beep sounded from her PCD just as she finished her statement, before she looked at it and returned a video/voice message:

"Yes, I believe.

Good day to you. Aren't you an adorable one!"

She then looked at Ritsuka's PCD.

"Hnn... Do you know the coordinates to the store? I could help you find it; I'm pretty good with maps!"

"You probably mean Unohana," he corrected her without much enthusiasm.

Why was she calling him adorable? Well, it was a girl at least. If it were a man he'd have freaked out.

"Yes, it's here," he points at a red dot in the PCD. "Shouldn't you go find a place to stay first?"

"I guess I should... But wouldn't that mean leaving you alone in this darkness?"

"That's okay," he told her while checking his map better to find the way, "I'm fine on my own."

Having memorized the way, Ritsuka turned off the PCD and looked at her. "Unohana's clinic's not far from here. If you meet her, tell her I'll need her help later."

[cloche_pastalia]

"Are you sure?"

"Alright then, I'll pass the message to Unohana."

"Take care, alright?" she finally said, with a tone much like that of a doting mother, before she left towards the direction of Unohana's clinic.
