A man in a mask?! That certainly didn't sound good. Al wasted no time in getting to her side, setting a gentle hand on her shoulder and making sure she didn't fall too heavily. Rope burns on her arms. Someone really had kidnapped her, and from her hysterical state, hadn't treated her well. What had they done?!

"Don't worry, Miss," Alphonse said gently, his voice firm but comforting. He'd dealt with kidnap victims before. It would be best to make sure they were safely away from whoever was after her before he could calm her down and try to figure out just what in the world had happened. "My name is Alphonse, and I'll make sure you're safe with me, okay?"

He held out his hand for hers, the other still around her shoulder to help her to her feet. They would have to hurry. If someone was still after her, they could catch up. They would have to lose them.

"Come on," he gave her hand a gentle but insistent tug. The clinic would be their best bet of safety. He put on a fast pace. "Are they following us? Anything you can remember about the man, tell me!"
