Summary: Tieria is affected by lust, Setsuna by Envy

Tieria run his hands through his still long violet hair. Setsuna wanted to talk to him. He wondered slightly why. At least Setsuna didn't seem to have been too much influenced by this whole event. Tieria decided to cover his neck with his scarf once again. Setsuna really didn't need to see that.

He made his way over to the boy's room and knocked. "Setsuna?"

“Come in, it is open.” the other one shouted in reply, not bothering to approach the door himself; he leaned against the window instead. The first thing he noticed as the violet haired entered the room was his weird choice of outfit - it seemed that during the last days Tieria had somehow managed to develop a liking for scarves.. Maybe he thought that it would fit his dress?

“It is not that cold at home, I believe.”

Tieria entered the room and closed the door behind him silently. He wore one of the dresses Lelouch had given him. He looked at Setsuna who was leaning against the window. It wasn't exactly the politest way to greet someone. Adding with that first sentence, it really wasn't.
"Well, I find it cold enough. And you are wearing scarves even in summer-time", Tieria frowned.

“You are hiding something, are you not?” Setsuna cut in, giving a short glance. He wasn’t angry not annoyed - why should he be? Yet, there was this strange feeling occupying his mind - he not only wanted to know what had been going on, he needed to know.

Tieria's widened shortly his eyes before he composed himself again. Why would Setsuna think something like that? He mustered the boy suspiciously. "If I were?", Tieria asked, something in him made that statement provocative on purpose, even if he hadn't intended to do so.

Setsuna gritted his teeth, wondering why he had suddenly lost control over his own actions. He might have cared about the other one, however, not to an extent where he would attack his privacy. It didn’t lie in his nature, yet…

“Then I would like to hear what it is” he answered.

Tieria sighed. He could tell him, couldn't he? At least half of the truth. "Fai... he had lost lots of blood in the earthquake. He needed it desperately. So I have decided to give him some of mine. Are you content now?"

Tieria could just hope Setsuna would believe him that this is the entire story. He didn't know what to do if he didn't.

“You are not trying to tell me that you offered your own neck to a vampire?” Setsuna frowned and took a few steps forward, studying Tieria’s face. Was that all? Or maybe he simply made the story up?

"Yes, I offered my neck to a vampire. Fai is my friend, after all", Tieria said, remaining calm. What was Setsuna's problem with this anyways?
"It's not that strange. I had been friends with most of the vampires here."

“Tch. How careless.” Setsuna muttered. Friends with most of the vampires… only Tieria was capable of saying that with such easiness. “Have you at least treated the wounds?”
He approached Tieria directly and lowed his voice down. “What if it had been me who asked?”

"It was an emergency", Tieria stated firmly once again. He knew that this wasn't without consequences, but better than having Fai die. "Yes, I have. I am not working at a clinic part-time for nothing."

Tieria looked at Setsuna with surprise. Now that was really a very weird question, for Setsuna at least. "Of course. We are comrades."
Setsuna felt as if he had …lost his mind. There was no mistake about it; he was restricted, unable to say what he really thought.
Work of the Animus.

He continued, slowly leaning closer. “Are you sure?” - yet his voice seemed slightly irritated, kind of harsh.

"Of course", Tieria said, but took a step back. Setsuna's behaviour was beyond strange, that much was clear. Was he affected now?
"What's wrong with you, Setsuna?"

Setsuna looked away. “I….do not know-”, then suddenly, as if he gained more confidence, “-what you are finding weird. Why should there be something wrong?”

"You usually aren't too interested in what people do with their life. As well as the fact that you are almost doing physical contact on your own", Tieria stayed in his position. He was pretty insecure about this, but he wouldn't run away.

“I do agree. I may be always staying somewhere behind.” - Setsuna’s voice was still as monotone as ever - “yet, does this mean I cannot change that?” “Does it mean I do not deserve anything?” he asked.

"I never said something like that!", Tieria spoke defensively, as if he had done something wrong, even though he knew he hadn't. Just what was wrong with Setsuna? Or better, what did Setsuna want?
"What do you want than? If you feel like you haven't got anything."

Those Voices…they had gone too far.

“Do not ask” Setsuna replied desperately, as for once, he spoke the truth. He didn’t want Tieria to drag the discussion further, as he couldn’t control his own actions properly.

Tieria eyed the boy firmly. Setsuna's words confused him even more now. First he was complaining that he didn't get any attention, and the next minute, he didn't want to say what he wants. "But I asked you. What do you want?"

“I have said…do not.” The other one repeated, giving Tieria a short glance. “Are you unable to listen?” He quickly moved closer, again, this time his face was only an inch away from Tieria’s.

Tieria leaned his head a bit away. Well, he was kind of used to this kind of approach thanks to Matt, but Setsuna doing something like this wasn't very like the boy. "How am I supposed to help you if you don't tell me?", Tieria asked a bit angrily.

“And when did I ask you for any help?”

In Setsuna’s dictionary, such a word as own will didn’t exist anymore; he leaned closer again.Very close this time; he clumsily pecked the violet haired one’s lips.

Tieria's eyes widened and took a few steps back, touching his lips. "Setsuna... ?", Tieria whispered, a clear surprise in his voice. Perhaps Setsuna was affected by lust, too? He wouldn't do something like that in normal circumstances.

“I warned you.” He answered slowly after a moment of silence. This…wasn’t the most unpleasant feeling, actually, it was far from being bad, yet he himself couldn’t believe what had just happened.

Tieria closed his eyes shortly before he directely looked at Setsuna. "Is that what you want, Setsuna? Really want? Or is this the voice's fault?"

The other one remained still and silent. The Voices seemed like the most comfortable option, and how reasonable, however, how much actual truth was in that excuse? He definitely wouldn’t have taken such a step if not them, yet…

"Setsuna?", Tieria asked. It seemed the Voices where messing pretty bad with Setsuna this time again. He approached the other boy. "Are you okay?" Just why did he keep being silent?

Setsuna cursed in his mind; why couldn’t Tieria just get angry and leave? It’d make things much easier. He wasn’t even shouting, only kept repeating his name, as if he considered Setsuna a little child.
“I am not.” And that was true.

"What's really bothering you than?", Tieria asked, standing now close enough to Setsuna to touch the boy. Tieria placed gently a hand on Setsuna's cheek. Tieria's actions were weird, and somewhere deep inside him, he knew that, but he couldn't really stop it.

“Do not-“ Setsuna’s whisper was barely audible. They were both affected and not fully conscious of their words; what the hell was that?
He placed his hand over Tieria’s.

"... touch you?", Tieria smiled at the boy. "Why are you touching me than? Tell me, Setsuna", he said in a calm and even somewhat caring voice. While he really was a bit worried about Setsuna, this really wasn't how he usually acted.

“I have no idea what is happening now” Setsuna stated surprisingly quietly. “I am doing what I have been told to-.”

Tieria took his hand away and felt surprisingly relieved. So those weren't Setsuna's intentions, after all. Tieria wondered though why a small part of him was kind of disappointed?

It must be really this week.

Setsuna blinked, trying to give a sign. Go, before it will be too late. Maybe that would help, he thought, as he simply wasn’t able to form the words he wanted to say.

Tieria mustered the boy once again. He really looked like the one who has called himself "Gundam". Well, it had been most likely Setsuna, after all. Sniper had been Lockon, too.

"Will you be okay? With this event?"

Setsuna shuddered. How could he possibly know? He was feeling strange with himself, unable to decide what he wanted. One part of him was shouting for making his guest finally leave, the other craved for keeping him.

So that Tieria could be only with him, not anyone else.

"Are you cold, Setsuna? You should stay in bed. Perhaps the side-effects of that day are showing up now", Tieria laid a hand on Setsuna's shoulder. Perhaps his fellow Meister caught a fever? That would be pretty bad.

Tieria didn’t listen, did he? And got closer again. His eyes seemed worried, was that still work of the Animus?
“As for that matter, I am feeling well” Setsuna answered.

"Okay", Tieria took his hand off again. Now that it came to his mind, Setsuna still didn't tell him why he had wanted to see him.
“So, what did you want to tell me?"

“I needed to see you. To make sure.” Setsuna knew he must’ve sounded insane, but it appeared he couldn’t even keep his own mouth shut. Although those weren’t entirely lies, it was as if another person had been talking instead of him.

"To make sure? To make sure of what?", Tieria asked, really confused by Setsuna's actions. Setsuna knew he was safe or else he would have told him that. Right?
“That nobody has stolen you again.” He had to give up. The more he opposed, the worse the whole situation became.

"Setsuna? Nobody ever has stolen me", Tieria stated. The things Setsuna said didn't make any sense to him. He had been never kidnapped, not in their world and not in Adstringendum.

The other one was kind of glad that Tieria didn’t seem to understand what he really had on mind, yet, he continued. “They have. Too many times already.

Tieria blinked at the boy. It seems the Voices got Setsuna far more than he had thought. Well, nothing was worse compared to Setsuna as child, but still...

"Who is 'them'?"

Setsuna hoped Tieria wouldn’t take his words too seriously. “Near. Fai. That Matt has been talking a lot about you recently, as well.” It was all too embarrassing, even though he wasn’t doing this from his own will, was he?

Could it be that Setsuna was... jealous? That was ridiculous, to some extent. Setsuna and him weren't really... all that close, right? Than again, he might be affected by a sin, so...

"We are just friends, Setsuna", Tieria said calmly. Even though I don't know if I can call Matt a 'friend'. He didn't want to make any action that would indicate what had happened in that night.

“Hm. Friends.” Setsuna repeated after him. “Somehow, I cannot bring myself to believe you” he muttered.

Tieria shot suddenly a glare at him. What was that supposed to mean? "Than let me know... what else are they exactly for me? If you don't believe me that they are my friends."

“Perhaps…something more?” Setsuna wanted to apologize for his own behavior, bus at it seemed impossible, he relied on Tieria. Who was incredibly stupid for letting this hopeless show continue instead of ignoring it.

Tieria clenched his fists. He had to pull back the urge to just grab Setsuna's collar and shout at him for being stupid. "Something more? Do you think I sleep with every single one of them?"

“How should I know that?” He just stood there, staring at his companion. “You never tell me such things.”
“Maybe” he added, after a short while.

"Give me a good reason why I should talk to you about something like that", Tieria approached the boy and finally took hold of his collar. It was weird, since Setsuna seemed to be so tall right now, but he didn't have time to bother with that.

At Setsuna's 'maybe'-comment, Tieria gritted his teeth. Well, if wanted to play that way... "Even if I would do that - which is not the case - why would that bother you out of all people?"

“And here you go again” Setsuna exclaimed calmly, even though deep inside, he was far from being calm. “Why can I not be bothered with that? Am I a total stranger to you?”

"It's just not a normal thing I talk about. You should know that by now", Tieria let go of his collar. "As you might now, I am not really sexually involved with any person here."
Or at least used to be.

“However, your face doesn’t really say the same. Besides, not really?” Setsuna was pretty aware that in this very moment, he was just being completely shameless, but he couldn’t fight it, now matter how much he tried.

"Not really in terms that I had a boyfriend here once. You do know that, don't you?", Tieria asked. It hadn't been that much of a secret to the Meisters, had it? "What do you mean my face doesn't say the same?"

“I am talking about the present.” Setsuna stated firmly. ”And you…are answering rather hesitantly, I would say. As if you were thinking hard before giving any answers, or rather…making them up?”

"I'm not making them up. They are my friends. As you might know it, Near likes Mello, so does Matt. Fai is also taken, so stop making such suggestions who have barely a chance of being true!” Tieria closed his eyes to calm down a bit again.

Setsuna needed to do something, to prevent this mindless deluge of words from happening. Anything. Perhaps the step he would take wasn’t the best decision, but-

He leaned to kiss Tieria’s lips softly. He wasn’t sure what really had made him do it, moreover, he had no idea how it should work. It was different with Nena, who just liked to surprise him in her own, annoying way…no, it was completely different.

Tieria just stood still for a moment. Setsuna... kissed him? That had to be some kind of a weird joke. Tieria's body felt obligated to respond the kiss and he did it shortly, before reason won over his mind again and he pushed Setsuna away, still glancing at him with a surprised look on his face.

Even though it had been his own move, Setsuna was no less surprised, and completely confused, though he didn’t show it. After a while, he glared back, looking directly into Tieria’s eyes, but didn’t say a word.

Tieria breathed in deeply and sighed. He shouldn't get such reactions out of his own body. Still... he hadn't even considered - if he disregarded that one night - that Setsuna might do something like that.

"What do you think you are doing?"

Setsuna wished he could escape, yet he wasn’t able to move even an inch. A good question - what was he doing, exactly?
Well, whatever it had been, he felt he should regret it more than he actually did.

“Am I not allowed?” he asked in a polite tone.

"Not allowed?", Tieria growled. Perhaps Setsuna didn't know it, so he should tell him, at least. "Are you aware of the fact that I am affected by lust?", Tieria asked, looking the boy straight into the eyes.

The other one was indeed aware of that, as well as of the fact he was acting inappropriate, but did it really matter when you were under the control of the Animus? Not really, it seemed.

“I am. This is why I stayed away from you earlier. Unnecessarily.”

"What do you mean unneccessarily?", Tieria was more and more surprised of the sides he got to see from Setsuna now. It was like he was talking to a person he didn't even know.

“I did not want to take an advantage of your state, playing fair.” Setsuna continued. “Yet, the others probably did it while I was not around.”

"The others...?", Tieria tried not to blush. Which was really hard, since Setsuna was right with what he said. Even though Matt had been also affected by lust, it still had happened.

He appeared to had hit Tieria’s weak point, even though his words were no more than just an assumption. “Oh? Do you have something to tell me?”

"I haven't. Why should I?", Tieria was aware he maybe didn't sound as convinced as he should, but he couldn't change it now.
“And that scarf…it looks as if it was going to burn every minute.” Setsuna got such an impression, watching Tieria nervously smooth the cloth wrapped around his neck . “Damn vampire.”

"He is not a 'damn vampire', Fai is my friend. A good friend and I surely didn't want to abandon him", Tieria glared at Setsuna. With everything... nobody was going to insult Fai. Fai had been open with him, even more than Lockon had been, so...

“But it seems those marks hurt.” Setsuna didn’t seem to mind the glare much. “Let me take a look, it may get serious.”

Tieria tightened his grip on the scarf and shook his head. "You don't need to. It's fine. Kurogane still lives, too, right? I can at least take as much as he does."

“I do not care about him, tch.” Setsuna took a step, placing his hand on the scarf. “Be reasonable” he said, staring at the other.

"I am and you don't need to take a look at it. It's fine, okay?", Tieria just wanted to stop Setsuna's strange behaviour. If he could only come up with a way of doing that...

“If you say so…” Setsuna let out a sigh, not really convinced. “But, if there will be any complications…-“

Tieria joined Setsuna in sighing. So the boy seemed to have at least some control over it. "Perhaps it is better... if I really go?", he mumbled.

Maybe now was the chance. Feeling his senses come back, even if only for a little while, Setsuna grabbed Tieria’s arm. “Do not listen to what I will say, go."

"And I apologize.” He whispered under one breath.

Suddenly, he felt a pain in his chest, probably a punishment for not going with their rules.

Tieria looked at Setsuna intensly for one moment, trying to overcome any strange feelings that were boiling inside of him, before he nodded and made his way out of the room.
