When: After Mello tells Matt that he'll visit him.
Where: Matt and Near's temporary apartment.

Summary: Matt's badly injured and Mello wants to know all the details about what happened.
It wasn't necessary to ask for Matt and Near's location. The pale boy hadn't moved from that ruined apartment, as if scared to step outside of the fake safety of those walls, and Matt wasn't in position to find a better place himself. It was a bit risky, but what really made Mello mad was to find their door unlocked.
He stormed into the place, partially relieved to find each of them separated in their own bed. "You could at least lock the freaking door," he greeted them from the bedroom's door with a scowl, his features clearly unamused. His lack of amusement only grew when he noticed that Near was still stained with the red head's blood, crimson decorating alabaster skin that should have been covered by a shirt.
The sight was sickening.
