friday night
WOMAD with mr kaw and louise last night was great!
there was this scottish band called shooglenifty playing hypno-folkadelia music 8D that blend of traditional scottish and modern dancey beats was pretty blow-my-mind kind of awesome. ♥ also, it was a banjo! and violinist (who srsly looks lyk sirius black omg)/banjo-player goodness -swoons-
not to mention, of course, the cuba libre meatballs, the (in louise's words) trash receptacle man, MR SNAKE ♥♥♥♥, coffee & sugar ('cos the amount of sugar i put in deserves special mention, mahotella queens (::, hot caucasian women with spiky hair and their (sigh) counterparts, ngghhhh will turner-esque men ;_;, people with actual fashion sense and full-back tats, and watching vishal turn green with trying to calculate the odds of running away when we saw him and his girlfriend. priceless xD
met mdm o and mr tan there as well, and everytime i see him all i can think is that he doesn't remember my name x)
and then, guess what i found in the fridge after mr kaw sent me home (thanks)! DOUGHNUTSSSS :DD i love my mommy and daddy. and then after pigging out i fell asleep on the sofa to good omens. ^^"
so after all that hair-wrenching over pw/ki/aep, a friday night that truly is in the spirit of friday nights. one couldn't ask for more. (except, maybe, for chris to have been there. but now i know! next time i ask. ^^)
