This morning Mr. Bowen saw me first thing and said, "Good morning, Rebecca," to which I replied, "Well, I wouldn't go straight to good." He thought it was funny. I scowled.
Today was the worst of them all, and I wore my "I got hit by a bus" outfit on a sunny spring day (fuck looking cute), and today my geometry teacher from Freshman year thought that after a very peaceful two-plus year hiatus of not speaking to start talking to me again. POOR TIMING.
I did, however, skip out on the last half hour or so of school to go treat myself to cake batter ice cream and hot fudge, which was phenomenal. Then I watched Sex and the City and realized that some people are just inherent jerks and they will never give you what you need to be okay. So boo to that.
I also cleaned up and put on a cute new France dress and danced around my room to trashy 90s music/awesome world music/some old school ballet stuff.
I'm probably going to fail Calc, by the way. Like, for real. I'm not even kidding. WHATEVER.
I rediscovered my lavender crayon from Cry Havoc and it made me really happy that Patti picked lavender for me.
I also got space ice cream and a surprise visit today, where I got lift-up and spun hugged in the middle of the street by one of my favorite people in the world. I was even wearing my France dress, it felt oh-so-old-movie. Plus a good heart-to-heart with my favorite confidante. Actually, today kind of spun-around by the end. Well, the worst part of it might be still to come. I might ignore it though.
My feet are cold and I'm sorry that this is such a lame "What I did today" entry. Would you like it better with a cute picture maybe?
