sick
I've been sick for days. I went to work Monday and was having an awful day and William walked in with a huge bouquet for me. I really wanted to talk to him about some "stuff", and I think he got that because I had sent him some crazy text messages Sunday night. I was with a client and left to talk to him for a minute but I told him I'm too busy and we needed to talk later.
Later never came, I never got a break. So he showed up after work and waited for me. I was finishing up my last haircut and he left to go buy me ANOTHER present! He is the best. Sometimes I get frustrated with him because he isn't quite as proactive and productive as I am with our relationship, but he really does love me.
Anyway, he takes care of me when I'm sick usually, but Tuesday and Wednesday were my days off and I just stayed home and slept and drank as many liquids as I can. I even made myself home made minestrone. Yum.
Tuesday I didn't vote, this may piss some people off but I don't care.
I'm not a typical liberal San Franciscan, and I am definitely not a republican either.But I am glad the govenator got re-elected. I voted for him last time. My mom was pissed. But hey, I like the guy. ha ha.
Honestly, I don't like politics and I'm very un-political. People that are too far to either side annoy me, because there is no party that is totally right and all politicians suck anyway for the most part.
I don't complain or protest anything and it annoys me when people do--especially when they don't vote. So I will leave the voting to people who really want to vote, and if a candidate comes along who I really want to waste my time voting for, I'll do it.
Anyway I'm sure I just prolonged this horrible cough by lighting up a cigarette. I'm trying to cut down to 1 or 2 a day.
I'm armed with dayquil and going to work now.
