Ok so I'm leaving for SC Tues night/Wed morning. I don't want to shell out $300+ dollars to rent an SUV because I only need the extra space for luggage, not people. I was thinking of renting a uhaul..Selim's car has no hitch. I don't think I have one but I have a ring type deal under my car I think I could use to hook something onto. Any

for $300 bucks you could probably fly wiht all that luggage to SC for the same price...and you wouldn't have to drive.

The luggage carrier things for the car only work if you have a luggage rack. I was going to do that on my last trip, but found it wouldn't work. Good luck though finding something. Maybe it'd be inexpencive enough to have a hitch put on your car, but I don't know how long that'd take or anything...

I don't have a rack on my hood but I know there are things were you can secure them inside your door or something. I will look into this. Thanks Judy!
