Since I know you already have answers to these questions, and because there's no sense in letting a good Friday Five go only once, answer your own questions. :) It's called Friday Five play-ger-ism. Haha

1. What's one thing that made you smile today? well, the answer I had in mind when I was writing the questions was: the people who were handing out free Oscar Mayer Sandwich Creations on Sheridan as a promotion on Friday....they gave me 6 on the way to school...which I was able to give away when I got to the library...then 4 on the way from school...which I was also able to share with a neighbor who had not yet eaten lunch :) the answer I have in mind for today is: receiving an IM that said "hey there beautiful :)" from a certain someone... :D
2. When was the last time you got to play with a smiley, laughing baby? Friday when Adam brought Braden to the church for our teacher meeting :)
3. What movie are you looking forward to seeing this summer? Mostly: Harry Potter #5...no matter how scary looking...
4. What book that you've read do you really want to be made into a movie, and why? (and if it's already been made into a movie, you can suggest that it be remade) hm...I didn't have one in mind when I wrote the question...When I was little I read a book or so in a series called "the dark is rising"...that could be a good one for movies...I still have a vivid memory of the imagery from that book back in 6th grade.
5. Which teacher and/or class has most impacted you in your studies/interests, life, and/or theology over the course of this school year? I'd agree with the GK answer...though I'm sorry I couldn't have him for more than just History I, his end-of-the-class mini-sermons were well taken and much needed my most of the class, I do believe...somehow I feel like NT even affected my views of ministry a fair amount...I had a hard time convincing myself to read a book about ways we worship after writing a hermeneutical section on the church being too self-focused on how to have the perfect church service or rules and regulations and not actually ministering to the world. It's amazing what a one page, single spaced rant on what we should get from Romans 5:1-5 can actually do for a person.
1. also, the nice couple that Jessica bought her new A/C from on Craig's List made me happy...yay for sweet families who live on nice, quiet streets in Northern Chicago suburbs. :) (though they are moving)
