I am so unbelieveably bored that I've decided to update with the mundane happenings of my pathetic life.
Right now I'm sitting in my house in Milwaukee with my two kittens Vada and Tirzah (who Mr. Wenzel has so affectionatly nicknamed Courtney Love). I've had exactly one class thus far so hopefully this week will be slightly more productive than the last two.
I've found that living with guys is so much more enjoyable than living with girls. I hate living with girls. I will never live with girls again. They are too petty, catty, whiny and back-stabbing, to name a few of the more pleasant traits many girls carry. (I am in no way excluding myself from any of these categories.) The only thing better than living with a guy is living with a gay guy, which I am indeed doing. It's been utterly delightful.
Apart from actually having to do dishes myself (Oh, dishwasher, why have I always taken you for granted at home?) and having to cook food (but who am I kidding, I've been living on yougurt, diet coke and bagels) living in the top floor of this house has been great. It's close to campus, there's a porch for me to sit on and heckle drunks night after night and best of all I don't have to share a bedroom with a narrow-minded clueless hick or a convicted felon jock lesbian.
This semester I have Men in Film, Women in Film, History of Film, Botany and French (unfortunately with the psychotic Burkina Faso woman). All in all it should be a pretty good semester as far as classes go and I'm also continuing to work at Barnes and Noble at the Bayshore Mall.
I've also decided that I desperately need to transfer schools because of the copious amount of Southwest students that I continue to see here. It's too horrifying to fathom. It's rather like going to Madison in that respect I imagine.
Being away from home again is wonderful. Even though I probably do less here than I did in Green Bay, it's nice to feel like I'm on my own even if my parents are bankrolling my housing and food. And speaking of my parents, they're finally starting to move our crap into the new house out by the Green Bay County Golf Course. The house is tiny as hell and I never have any intention of living in it but it's vaguely exciting all the same.
Oh and before I forget (even though I said this to you at 2 in the morning):
HAPPY BIRTHDAY RYAN WENZEL!!!
