woe is me...
So, have a mentioned lately how much I hate histology? I'd really love to know why it is soo necessary for me to learn what the appendix vs. the ureter vs. the esophagus vs. XYZ looks like (histologically speaking). It's not necessary at all...if I was going to be a pathologist, I'd care...but this is stupid. I've got so much crap crammed in my short term memory it's unbelievable. All of this info is going to be completely eliminated tomorrow after my histo final to make room for gross anatomy and embryology/genetics info. Still have to commit to memory all of the nerves/innervations of the lower extremity...that's no good.
Yeah, so I realized yesterday when Steven said something that Christmas is like...soon. Stupid medical school...this is my favorite season, and I haven't even been able to enjoy it. We don't even have a Christmas tree. That's sad. I definitely didn't know that Christmas is this weekend. Really didn't...once again, evidence that I'm a recluse and keep my head in a book aside from the occassional meal or need to void my bladder.
Congrats to Meesh and all the other L2's for wrapping up this helacious semester today...I'm not too far behind you guys...done on Wednesday at noon...thank goodness.
Congrats to all the LSU December 2005 (that is the year right?) graduates...especially Lauren! Woot!
Oh yeah...Holly's wedding was a blast:) I can't tell you how jealous I am of their honeymoon to Hawaii...let's see...study for histo or trip to Hawaii. I think you know which one I'd prefer to be doing! No, but seriously...the wedding was awesome, she was beautiful, the music was great...what can I say...it was perfect. Congrats to Matthew and Holly!!!!
