Today has been a really good day so far. We had a softball practice and we actually had a pretty good turn out. Kara, Matt and I had been talking and decided to invite our Monday and Wednesday teams and then Zack invited some people from his Monday team so we actually had about 12 people show up. It was nice having so many people there. Patrick lent Matt his bat and the boys that were using it today were really having some good hits. Zack, in two consecutive hits, gave two people (one of whom was me, lol) huge ass bruises on their legs. He just winged that ball and it hit one girl right in the shin and within minutes she had a really big swollen bruise on her leg. Then the very next pitch he hit it directly back to me and it hit my knee of the side of my leg. It hit my leg so hard that it popped a few blood vessels. Hardcore, huh? Haha. It's cool, I like battle scars. It makes me feel tough, hahahaha! All in all it was a really good practice and it was nice playing with some new people.
Last night I hung out with Kara and Matt. At one point during the night Chris texted Matt looking for some research material. Matt asked me if I cared if he came over and I told him no. Honestly I wanted to see how I would feel seeing him again, after everything that's happened. Kara and I walked in from having a cigarette and he was sitting on the couch. I looked at him and I didn't feel anything. Like nothing. I thought that I would at least feel a little sad seeing him in the sense that I would miss just having him as a friend but I didn't even feel that. I felt sorry for him. He looked really sad sitting there on the couch. He tried to talk some shit to Matt about the last mixed cd that he got and he just ended up sounding stupid. It was a little funny though because his hair looked horrible, lol. It looked like he had given himself another haircut and this one seemed to be just as bad as the last one, lol. Ahh, oh well. Either way, it was good. Matt and I talked about him for a little while later that night and I finally told Matt some of the stuff that I had been holding back. I think it opened his eyes to what kind of person Chris really is and I don't really think he liked what he was hearing.
After Kara and Matt's I came back to my place but I was not as tired as I thought I was so I ended up going to hang out with my friend RJ. We watched a little bit of a movie and then I actually did get tired, lol, so I just came home and passed out on the couch. So anyways, not much else is going on. Kara and I are heading to the mall later and then probably back to her's and Matt's place to chill. Zack might hang out with us too. Should be fun, whatever happens : )
