Vacation! Woot.
The truth is, I've actually been on vacation for two weeks now. But I haven't checked in until now... heh.
Well, the past (school) year has been... awesome. I can clearly separate the "me" from highschool (a shapeless mass of randomly directed anger and loathing and a whole lot of angst and despair), the "me" at the beginning of the year (a kid just trying to adapt to a new lifestyle, who was lonely but didn't care, who was entering a world she didn't know and was afraid of) and the "me" right now, and I think that I've improved a whole lot. ^_^
So, VICTORY! I've triumphed over my first year of medical school, alive and with good grades, with some friends and a whole bunch of "panas" (xD). So... this is my victory post.This Friday will be the anniversary of my graduation from high school... heh, maybe I shouldave waited until then...
Also, I'm making up with my former best friend... I still don't trust her entirely, and I'm not sure I can ever forget as well as I've tried to forgive. But nothing sucks more ass than losing your best friend. Perhaps it's my new-found beliefs talking for me, but I think that maybe I should be the bigger person, maybe I should be there for her. Maybe I should give her a chance to realize her mistakes. Maybe...
And now, to drastically change the subject:

I haven't seen it yet, but I can't wait. It's not just Heath Ledger's final acting (which I've heard is amazing) I want to see... Actually, I've been a die-hard Batman fan since I was, like, five. -_- Batman is the second man that I've loved the longest (the first being my dad xD). So, tomorrow I'm going to the movies and I'm going to watch it. <3
