Oh there was smut, there was mind smut! there was what was going through his head when she was right bloody there. That was just gorgeous. Drunk Randy Donna and Gentlemanly Doctor. Sweet, and yes she's going to be all thanks for being the knight in shining armour and not taking advantage stuff. Not so much with the slapping. though I could see the defensive 'you shouldn't have let me drink it' completely illogical response.
