Interesting... the NFL season is two weeks old
And my New York Giants are 1-1 which is more then could be hoped for at this point. My Miami Canes are 2-0 in CFB however.
Other things... I'm still working on the outline for my stories. I'm hoping to have one finished before Halloween as part of the annual XanderZone Halloween ficatholon/challenge. The other I'm just hoping to finish the first part.
I REALLY wanted a CD/DVD burner for my birthday but I found out that my PC is too old and not powerful enough to even RUN one, so I settled for a DVD/VCR player. Now I'm just saving enough money to put a down payment on a car.
On the bright side, I'm relistening to my downloaded Sam Kinison comedy tracks. Sam IS still as brilliant now as he was back then, God I wonder what he could have done had he not died at such a young age.
Britney Spears got married recently. Lots of bets going on as to: A)Whether or not she's pregnant, if she isn't how long before she is and B) how long the marriage will last. For the record, I wish her the best and hope it works out for her, especially afterwatching Timberlake prance around like an Usher wannabe.
Oh, and I say no she's not pregnant right now, Six months until she is and the marriage lasts 14 months.
I wonder how long until Christina Aguilara walks down the aisle? Or Tara Reid for that matter?
When my dog died earlier this month, I said I was numb. That numbness has faded somewhat though... every now and then, I'll be doing something and just the tiniest thing will remind me of him and I'll find myself trying not to cry again...
RIP Darien, my dog I raised from a puppy. I hope you are happier up in dog heaven then you were down here towards the end.
