I wish to be ignorant. I wish to not know about the suffering the world, about the injustice and the stupidity that abounds in our society. I want to be able to turn off facts and reality and live in my own little world like so many people do. I want to use propaganda to further my own beliefs. I want to tell people that they're wrong, and they shouldn't live the way they do.
But I can't.
Because then the stupidity and ignorance wins. And as much as I put myself through now, it would be worse if I didn't know.
