Ok, I know that by now I should totally be posting Little Bastards (which, by the way, is already finished and will probably be posted either tomorrow or Sunday) but after last night's episode... come on! How could I resist? So, here’s one of the little scenes that we never got to see, between Castiel whisking away Sam and Dean from Death’s ground ( Read more... )

episode-tag, bobby, season 5, sam, dean

that was one sad story ;_; but it fits perfect. I hope, Dean doesn't really give in to Michael...
*wipes a tear away*

I'm seriously seeing a scarceness of choices right now... But I have to confess, little choice or plenty of choices, I would love to see Dean as Michael :o)
Thank you!

Yes, that's really tempting^^ But I'd like to see Dean like Sam as Lucifer. Maybe in a dream, vision or something. Not seriously as Michael... We saw Raphael's vessel. That guy was a vegetable. I don't want to see Dean end like this o_O

Hum... I actually have a theory about that. See how poor Nick is falling apart because he can't contain Lucifer for this long? Maybe Raphael's vessel wasn't that great to begin with... I mean, Dean is suppose to be the vessel to the most powerful angel ever, he can't really fall apart midway, right? And after spending even a couple of minutes with Dean, I really doubt Michael will be able to leave him in veggie land. Look at what he did to Castiel!
Total fanwank, of course, but, who knows... it could happen ;o)

Damn. This broke me worse than the episode did.

You have Bobby's voice down so well; my favorite was "Which was retarded, of course". Caustic and loving, all at once. And him knowing Dean so well that he not only knows how to motivate him, but that it's just not going to work this time.

Good catch on Dean realizing too late that future!Dean failed with the Colt (although it could have just been that Lucifer got to him before he could shoot). Ooh, hey, that means they've already changed the future, since future!Dean wouldn't go after Lucifer with the Colt now that he knows it doesn't work, which means Lucifer won't be snapping his neck in the garden. I suddenly feel a lot more hopeful. :)

Seriously, this was awesome.

I have no idea if futureDean did manage to fire the Colt... but given how far gone the guy was, it stands to reason that he wouldn't sacrifice everyone only to get close to Lucifer and choke up. But did you noticed that, despite all the angst that surrounded it, this Dean was also forced to sacrifice everyone to have a chance of getting near Lucifer? I thought that was awesome, and very telling on the matter of Lucifer being right about how it ends and why. Because, truly, the circumstances change, but the results keep being the same.

And thank you soo much for your words, fellow team mate ;o)
I'm very glad you liked it!

Yeah, I was sharing this exchange with a friend today, and she made this same point, therefore crushing the hope I had managed to create for myself. *sigh*

That's another great catch on the parallel. Sacrificing everyone except Sam, of course--because that's the key difference between the currently unfolding future and the one Dean saw, and I have to believe that's going to make a difference.
